News KW41: New products

We are pleased to give you an insight into current developments and exciting projects from our development team.

Our focus is always on creating innovative solutions that meet the highest safety and quality standards. Here are some of our latest developments.

Current developments:

The Flow monitoring with SIL2 certification (corresponds to performance level d) is now available. This latest development meets the requirements for safety-critical environments and helps to meet the increasing demands for plant safety.

Zener barrier for potentially explosive atmospheres (ATEX zones 1 and 2):

This barrier limits the current and voltage that are fed into the ATEX zones and makes a significant contribution to safety in explosion-protected areas.

ISO13849 and ISO9001:

We have extensively described our processes in development and production in order to meet the safety requirements of ISO13849. In addition, our ISO9001 certification is due shortly to ensure that we adhere to the highest quality standards.

Cuno and his team are already working on exciting new projects:

RLSW®9: Further development of our volumetric flow meter: Look forward to a range of improvements, including easier connection and operation, higher voltage tolerances and a new housing with a user-friendly membrane keypad and backlighting. The RLSW®9 product is expected to be available from January 2024.

Differential pressure transmitter:

Our latest development is specially designed for demanding industrial environments and can also be supplied with ATEX certification as an option.

SIL-certified flow monitoring with analog output (4-20 mA):

Another exciting innovation that will be available soon.
